The Magic of Christmas by Primitive Gatherings for Moda
The Magic of Christmas is a collection of 25 – 6″ blocks that started as a Stitch-A-Long on my blog…lisabongean.com. The blocks are what I would call intermediated to challenging, but not impossible with the techniques of starching your fabrics, accurate cutting and the use of Triangle Paper to make the smaller Half Square Triangle units consisting of 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″. If you are somewhat of a beginner, do not fear… if you start out with some of the simpler blocks and make your way to the more difficult ones, there should be no problem. Just follow the advice in the beginning of the book and do not skip the starching!
